Refund and Return Policy

At Craftfair, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. Returns are accepted only in the rare event that an incorrect or damaged product is delivered.

APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
When you place an order or request to purchase any product on the Craftfair platform, you agree to follow the terms outlined in this Policy, along with the specific return policy mentioned on each product page. If you’re not comfortable with these terms, we recommend not proceeding with a purchase on Craftfair.
Please note that this Policy may be updated from time to time. We encourage you to review it whenever you use our platform, so you’re always aware of the latest terms and conditions that apply.

REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to create return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.  If refund is due to damaged product on arrival un-boxing video has to be shared to process the claim. Any claims made after 48 hours is likely to be rejected and no refund will be issues for such claims.  If refund claim is accepted, customer should ensure the product is returned in its original packaging /tags (if applicable), product is not damaged. 
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. If the payment is made trough bank the following information are needed to be provided: Full name, Account Number, Bank Name, IFSC code.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Products can be exchanged of the product is different from what is costumer has purchased. Although our packing teams ensure double checks and no mistake happens during packaging. Minor / slight colour variation would be there from what shown in our website. As these items are handcrafted so colour variation is an expected factor. Exchange request in case of different item received is subjected to approval as all items packed under video inspection.
Any claims made after 48 hours is likely to be rejected and no exchange will be issues for such claims.  If exchange claim is accepted, customer should ensure the product is returned in its original packaging /tags (if applicable), product is not damaged.
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process. New shipment tracking number & dates will be shared with customer.
